Tees Valley Recycling expands to supply equestrian surfaces nationwide
CRUK member Tees Valley Recycling has produced equestrian surfaces for leading UK equestrian companies for the last four years. The company prides itself in producing top specification equestrian products through the recycling of various materials. They are at the forefront of carpet recycling, having achieved the 0% to landfill deadline in 2012, 13 years prior to the European directive that specifies the year 2025.
The company is now opening an additional site in Worksop to serve the Midlands and the South, making their recycling services and equestrian products readily available to the whole of the UK.
Equi-Bound in new arenaThey offer two equestrian products with a range of equestrian surface applications: 'Equi-Bound' is a synthetic hard-wearing carpet shredded into 1 - 2" pieces, which can be laid as a surface topper, mixed in to rejuvenate an existing surface or laid as a 6" full surface as pictured above in a new equestrian arena in Sunderland. 'Equi-Fibre' is a finely shredded synthetic carpet product, which can be used as a sand stabiliser or a surface topper.
